The Institute of Culinary Education
This is the 3rd Father’s Day Guide that I’ve written for this little bloggity blog blog. The past couple of years I’ve included a gift that I’d LOVE to give to my sweet hubby if money were no object… The past couple of years have been a journey for us, the destination still unknown, but there are a couple of things I know with certainty ~ I’m a damn lucky woman to know what it is to have a man’s unconditional love, and even luckier that his mere presence sends my three boys OVER THE MOON. So, for my man, I’d love to send us to New York City for a week of classes at The Institute of Culinary Education. This will be my third Father’s Day without my Daddy. I still cry when I type that out. Still get weepy when I looked through pics to post one of him and me… I guess I’ll never stop shedding tears about my losing my Dad to colon cancer ~ an insidious disease that I despise with my whole heart.
So the last idea is not the norm but it could save your life, or your Dads. If he {or anyone else you love}hasn’t had a colonoscopy then make an appointment for them, quit talking about it & just do it. Please. There is no greater gift than the gift of being there. For more information go HERE.

Hope y’all have a special Father’s Day with all the men in your life, whether they are Dads or not they deserve your best!!! peace & love, fancy
