Hello everyone - Welcome back from a fabulous 3 day weekend!!
Last week I received the July Newsletter from Prairie Edge Trading Co. & Galleries located in Rapid City, South Dakota. Dedicated to preserving the heritage and culture of the Northern Plains Indians, Prairie Edge provides the Northern Plains Indian artists, plus other regional and nationally acclaimed artists, an outlet for their finest works.

Prairie Edge offers glassware, pottery, blankets, jewelry, clothing and much more. They also have a Bead Library for those of you who love to create your own beaded jewels.

A Book and Music Store dedicated to Native American and Western history and culture is also available at Prairie Edge. {BTW - if you are an educator then there is a discount available on some books - please inquire.} PLUS a Sioux Trading Post that supplies crafters with authentic accouterments.

I am really looking forward to my next opportunity for a ROAD TRIP as Prairie Edge Trading Co. would be well worth the gas money!! {I’ve done this drive - it is a unique opportunity to see PURE EARTH, and if you go next month then you’ll also have the chance to see a ‘bazllion’ Harleys as they all head to the STURGIS Motorcycle Rally - just 30 minutes from Rapid City}
