For weeks I have been admiring the gorgeous Western Lifestyle products from Texas designer, Patricia Wolf.  Her well-established brand and style are synonymous with GOOD WESTERN TASTE, and her commitment to quality products that are MADE IN AMERICA sets her apart from imitators.  I was also really impressed at the price points offered by Patricia Wolf {the hand-painted, Deerskin & Suede ottoman BELOW is less than $1000!!}

 

It is the sumptuous leather and creative adornments that make Patricia Wolf’s designs so recognizable, the unique hand painted images that are applied to her products are especially stunning… This week I exchanged notes with the folks at Patricia Wolf and learned more about Patricia Wolf’s process.


WHO DOES THE PAINTING ON YOUR PRODUCTS? IS IT DONE BY HAND?
Our original hand painted embellishments are designed and developed personally by Patricia. All designs are inspired by Patricia’s keen eye and study of art history and primitive cultures. Her staff artists are trained to meticulously follow Patricia’s instructions to replicate her original designs using the same hand painting techniques she has perfected. Less gifted imitators have attempted to reproduce the very recognizable Patricia Wolf painting style by using mechanical methods such printing machines or silk screening, but nothing matches the style and quality of the old fashioned method of a brush and paint.
